Cozy, nice room, facilities in good working order, perfect location, very quiet. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Areas for improvement:

Water pressure in the shower could have been a tad stronger. Maybe a bigger selection at breakfast would also be nice. No complaints otherwise.

The hotel was in the neighborhood where I needed to stay and was close to the métro. The room was clean. The breakfast offered was excellent.

Areas for improvement:

The hotel was very stingy in providing towels. One could also easily hear guests in other rooms, which was less than ideal for falling asleep. The (single) pillow provided was not very substantial.

What guests loved:

All the staff was super welcoming! The mattress and the pillows were comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was quite decent.

Areas for improvement:

Under the sink in my bathroom, there were traces of a leak with the growing mold. It is only noticeable when sitting in the bathtub but still spoils the impression of otherwise clean space.

If you came to breakfast at the prime time it’s so crowded and you can’t find any breakfast until the people leave. But they warned you about this

The hotel was very clean and staff were very attentive. The breakfast offered was enough and nutritional. It was just down the street from a metro stop.

The rooms are a little small but I understand that is normal for Europe.

Wi-fi connectivity was very spotty. My connection was constantly interrupted, and I had to re-connect repeatedly.
